All our service and repair work is backed by a 10-year workmanship warranty. With Sparky, you also get a 5-year warranty on any materials we provide.
If anything goes wrong once a job is completed, we will come back to investigate the problem. When circumstances warrant, we will make the necessary repairs and/or replace the materials free of charge. In cases where the problem is caused by something other than our workmanship or materials, we will recommend a course of action to help you resolve the issue as effectively and cost efficiently as possible.
