I have worked with Omar and his team for a few years. He has done multiple installs for me as well as consultations. I have been happy with all the work he has done. We hired Excel to install some additional lighting throughout our home; they did an excellent job and actually cleaned up every spec of dust with their own vacuum cleaner. The technician from Excel arrived on time and went right to work. He finished in about forty-five minutes. He then lowered the cost from the initial estimate due to the fact that the job went quicker than expected. I asked if he was just being nice and to my surprise he explained to me that this is the company policy. After contacting three other electrical companies for an estimate I began to get the feeling that they were trying to take advantage of me and over charge for the repairs that I needed. I was quoted two price options over the phone. Both options sounded reasonable so I hired them to do the work. After their inspection, I was given the lower priced option and I was shocked because many companies that I’ve dealt with in the past only give a low estimate to get into your home then they charge a lot more than the original estimate. As a senior citizen, I try to be very careful about selecting companies to come into my home, after working with Excel I was not disappointed.
